Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | 210 lbs. 40 % bodyfat but was as low as 165 last year not sure what my bodyfat was. I have the type of fat on my body where its like saggy fat and not like the beer belly fat. Same with my chest maybe gynocomastia? Anyway, do i need to get down to like 11% before i can tell if i'd need surgery or something. 20 years old by the way and 5'10. Anyone have that type of fat and transformed in an inspiring way where i can see and not be depressed that even if i work out i can't get rid of this ugly looking fat? |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | You probably don't need surgery, you probably just need to diet down to a better bodyfat percentage. You can't really tell if you have gynocomastia or not unless you have a low bodyfat%. I'm not sure what you mean by saggy fat, but I'm pretty sure I had and still have a bit of what you mean. The only thing you can do is lose fat and go from there And I will give you a HUGE word of advice. Don't workout to lose fat, workout because you love to workout, and love the sport!

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 94 | If it is true gynecomastia you won't be able to diet it away, if it is the pseudo fatty type you can reduce its appearance by lowering your bodyfat. Some guys tend to store more fat in the chest area when their bf gets high and it isn't really true gyno. I would get your fat percentage down and then you can better evaluate whether it is gynecomastia. |
