Default Stimulant Free Fat Loss

I do not react well to stimulants at all. 200mg of caffeine for me will make me feel terrible for an entire day. I do not want to eat or even move around. All stimulant fat loss products that I have tried do the same thing. I have now moved on to the safe side of fat loss. Stimulant Free fat loss products are very interesting. If you do not like thermos or stims, try out some of the following.

L-arginine -Nitric oxide (NO) is synthesized from l-arginine by NO synthase in virtually all cell types. Cayenne - A few studies suggest that chemical compounds in cayenne have the ability to increase the body's heat production, whereby increasing the rate of metabolism of fats and carbohydrates. Additional research also indicates that cayenne increases production of epinephrine and norepinephrine which together decrease appetite. For dieters it has been suggested that adding 6 to 10 grams of cayenne to a meal or 28 grams to an entire day's diet reduces hunger after meals and reduces calories consumed during subsequent meals.http://www.nutrasanus.com/cayenne.html

I must note that 28 grams of cayenne is insane. I can feel the burn of 1.5g when I take 3 pills of cayenne.
