Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 41 | That's no way to live Skel. It might be an idea to take out some loans and cut back on the work a bit so you have more time to take care of yourself. You're going to grad school right? This kinda stuff can't wait 3 more years or however long. In the meantime. You can get an extra 90 minutes of exercise in every day, it's easy. Just set your alarm 90 minutes before and keep some EC right by your alarm clock. Drug abuse? Maybe. Effective? Yes.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 160 | I'm actually a little bit worried about the near future. Two nights ago I did 10 minutes on an elliptical (They have always been hard for me, even 100lbs lighter), some push ups, bodyweight squats, sit ups, and tricep dips.... and I am still so sore it's torturous to walk or pick things up. It's a good thing because I was productive, but now I'm worried.... because I'm going to disney world next week. I get winded just walking around my university and disney world is a lot bigger. I don't know if one week is going to be long enough for me to build up the stamina.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 160 | Nope, I'm almost done!!!! I'm graduating with my BA this May and already have a career job. I just can't work full time until school is out. I'm pleasantly surprised at just how well I am going to be doing with only a BA. Since I'm working part time and doing 19 credits I am salivating over the prospect of less stress when I can work the 40. I am almost certain my health will improve come May and beyond.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 32 | Skel - Sounds great and glad to see you are looking forward to it! Congrats on the great career situation! As far as the lifting and "The return of Skel" -- We got your e-back here. I think you know that at least... (Yeah, you gotta do it IRL, but it looks like that dedication is coming back and will certainly come back full-force once your school/work load lightens up a bit.) re: Disney World and being sore, etc. If this was your first real lifting in some time, you might be sore for even two or three days, especially if you pushed hard. You might not remember that from when you were lifting before, eating well, etc. because your recovery was probably better and your muscles were kickin' ass every day lol... For Disney, just be glad it's not August and 98 degrees and humid as hell... lol... For as much walking you'll be doing, you'll be sitting down on a ride or somewhere or standing in line -- plenty of time to recover. You going for the whole week?

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 160 | I'm going for three days, it's all I can afford The girlfriend and I decided to drop our tax returns on a disney vacation. She's never been there, but I lived in Tampa for 4 years and used to have season passes when I was younger ![]() As for you guys having my e-back... I know. And as much as I want to, I am not going to be keeping any public logs on the forums this time around, and if I take any pictures they won't be advertised here. While I love the support I get, I am absurdly annoyed with the amount of trolls and disdain I get from people. Even on this website there are 2 or 3 people who love to bust my balls. I don't want to deal with them, and don't want to deal with any other morons that crawl out of the wood work. It's sad that people like that exist. Their lives are so empty and unforfilling they have to come online to put people down.
