very random thought......

but maybe I should be GLAD I am not losing fat quickly. I mean, my nipples are already hanging an inch below my pecks, and i've already got a bunch of loose skin crumpled on my ass. Maybe it's better that the transformation is slow from here on out.

Yeah, you look pretty good anyhow bro, and winter time is right around the corner.. take it slow for the next few months, try and get that lose skin to tighten up some Just my opinion, its why I'm not trying to go so intense.. I wanna avoid lose skin as much as possible, so far, I have.

Woah, forgot about this forum.

It's the middle of winter! CLEAN BULK TIME! Use that hunger!!
40/40/20 clean bulk, keep upping your calories by 200 every 3 days from what you're at now until you're at 3600 or so.

I bet your body is just begging to be fed enough so that it can put on some muscle.

Plus you'll totally reset your metabolism and put good use to those nice carbs your body isn't used to.

Just think, in two months of eating the crap you used to while you were on your way to being overweight, you probably put on a max of what, 4lbs of fat? Getting overweight happens over a long period of time! Now imagine lifting hard and eating healthy. You're obviously not gonna put on much fat at all! You'll put on a bunch of water at first, of course. But just ignore it. You'll have a ton of time to cut before summer and when you start cutting your metabolism is going to be raging.


Oh yeah, and funny story, last night I set out chromium/multi to take before going to bed and beside it set out my EC I was planning on taking in the morning. I wasn't paying attention and I took the EC at like midnight instead of the chromium/multi! Lol, talk about insomnia. I managed to get about a good 5 hours out of 7 though. I kept waking up every 30 minutes!

I had a pretty big ass and now it just needs some more perk and should look pretty nice BUT... at the bottom of the cheek where the glute meets the ham.. there is definitely saggier skin . I WANT A VICTORIA SECRET MODEL ASS DAMN IT. Stupid skin. Also... I can show you a picture of my lower stomach and you'll feel much better about any saggy skin that you have. Granted this is from pregnancy but seriously.. The other day I stretched out my skin on my belly and coul dsee the definition of a 4 pack at the top - thats how bad the skin is.. and the lower portion... yeah it really sucks.. it will NEVER look normal. Still wanna marry me ?!?! heh. just kidding.

I am really not happy with the quality of these photos... or the painstaking process it took to get them out of the camera..... or how my old hard drive is dieing...

it's true man. I've been really fighting depression the past couple of weeks. I'm trying HARD to remain positive and optimistic, but it seems like everything I do is met with utter failure.

I studied my ass off for a macroeconomics test, i got an 88

I'm trying to tell myself "dude you're not ugly" then i take a few photos and I'm ugly as sin.

I'm trying to tell myself "dude you're not fat anymore" then I take a few photos, BLAM look at all that fat, not to mention stretch marks and skin blemishes.

Really, I am trying to stay positive, but I think I just faltered again. Like I said. "son of a...."

Trust me man, I know how you feel... I sorta have um, some sort of chronic depression problem, I mean, even when things get good, I still feel like 'blah'... I honestly think thats why I got into the mmorpg video game world, as an escape... in which that set a new level of lazyness for me, and I got fat, then it got worse....

Think of it this way, an 88 is passing, its almost an A

About being fat, I honestly understand your situation... but you cant be pissed about dropping 10 sizes in pants.. think of it this way, y ou could still be where you were a year ago, or even worse if you werent doing what you are doing now.. your someone tons of people look up to on these forums because of your progress, your knowledge and your drive to keep going.

it's true. My progress has been amazing, and my dedication to getting fit is rock solid. I'm grateful for that, but I'm more than a bit frustrated that it hasn't changed what I wanted it to change. It's actually made a few aspects worse... but...

Haha, yeah theres definately more to life then lifting, I mean I love it since I started it, but I couldnt get along with that alone.
