Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | I've been going to absolute muscular failure in every workout lately. I workout so hard that I usually stumble out of the gym. I've been doing this for like 2 weeks now. My metabolism is either completely *****ed, or I have no will power ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | I am craving food like a mofo ![]() I want pizza, but I know I would regret it, considering my love handles seem to be strangley supersized today. I was thinking maybe it's all the stress I've been having that's been detrimental to my fitness program. Every morning I am so stressed out trying to get to school in time while not having enough time to study/do homework, then I get home from school and I have to go immediately to work, by the time I get home I'm so stressed out and tired that I can't think straight and can not study...

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 9 | Hey synephrine and food are similar...kind of... I'd suggest eating more fiber but that's kind of tough on TKD.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | i blew up again for my last meal of the day. a third cup of flax meal, 2 egg whites, quarter cup of walnuts, and a tablespoon of butter :| all clean keto foods, but damn it i'm over eating. That was like a good 600 calories. If i'm gonna eat like a pig I'd might as well bulk? lol. I'm just hoping body recompisition can still occur at maintenance calories.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | well considering it was blowing up within an excess of only 300-400 calories per meal, I really wouldn't expect such a harsh consequence. You're right though. I need a few days of care free eating. I'm craving becuase I'm feeling restricted. You always want what you can't have.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 9 | Want to talk about bad workouts, here was my ride for today: I was supposed to go for 2.5 hours with my roomate (and riding partner). His $2000 bike was broken, though, so he had to switch tires on his rain bike which made us late to leave. We had to go by the bike shop because his shoes for the rain bike were there, when we left, his seat fell off and he had to switch that out. On the way to the shop, we have to stop because his rear tire was not alligned right. About 100 m from the shop, I bust a flat, so I have to spend money (which I really don't have) on more tubes and a hand pump. While in the store, my roomate's tire blows out. After all that, we only got in an hour of riding before dark, so I have to ride indoors for the remainder of the time.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Do you think you're gaining because of the low carb life you lead before? This was why I was always afraid to try low carb... afraid of gaining once it came time to transition back into normal healthy eating. I'm not biased towards any one diet but that was just my fear w/lower carb diets and I wonder if its true. I've just stuck to good carbs for the past 7 months.. slowly and surely cutting out all sugars that are bad for me (aside from a nice simple one after workout) and it seems to be working. low carb sure does help lose it fast though.. that I am envious of. Either way Skel.. even if that IS why you're gaining don't cave and go back to low carb.. your body will adjust and balance itself accordingly.. maybe the metabolism is just a little shocked right now and doesn't know what to do. You're a trooper, we all know that. Or maybe the gain is Muscle?!?!?!?!? Has the BF% gone up at all? |
