Unfortunately I'm lacking the will power to drop my calories as low as they need to be. My metabolism must be nuts because I feel like I'm starving to death at 2500 calories. Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | just to update, here is my current split Code: Mon: Chest/Tri Tues: Cardio/abs/forearms Wed: Legs/shoulders (to include traps) Thurs: Cardio/calves/abs Fri: Back/Biceps Sat: Cardio if needed Oh yea, the little changes in social acceptance. Last semester when I'd eat chicken breasts or veggies people would be like "OH, so you're on A diet HUH?" because I was fat.... Now my bf% is 'normal' but my lbm is a lot higher than someone who doesn't lift. So suddenly they don't really say much when I'm nibbling on a chicken breast in the middle of class. The worst comment i've gotten so far this semester is "you eat healthy? that's good". That's right, people don't treat me like a fat bastard anymore a lot of the guys know exactly what it's about and are like "it's protein "
