Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | noooooooooooooooooooo it's happening again. Last saturday I weighed in at 195. My carb up went overboard and I gained 5lbs of water which is more than I'd have liked to. Today, tuesday, I am only down to about 197~197.5lbs and once again, my appetite is SO HARD to control. For breakfast I had 5 eggs + broccoli ~ 375 cals For lunch I had a chicken breast, broccoli, and sesame oil and lettuce ~ 400 cals but THEN another piece of chicken jumped in my mouth unplanned, ~150 cals THEN!!!!!!!!!! about 4 oz of mozzerella jumped in my mouth unplanned ~370 cals 1295 cals so far.... and let me let you in on a secret, I'm hungry :eat: yesterday I over ate in the 2600-1700 cal range. I want to try and have a low cal day today and eat around 2100-2200.... I know that scale numbers mean nothing, but I'd really like to get under 195lbs, and I feel like my eating habits are spinning out of control.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | The trolls are back on bb.com in full force............grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr One reason why trolls can't exist here, our moderators actually MODERATE. The moderators have this policy of "let's let him troll and harass skel for 4 weeks before we send him a warning"

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Good Thread! I just read it straight through. I have that same 195 plateu that you do skel. I went under it last summer for about 2 months. It was great I stayed at the pool showin off my abs. but as soon as I gained any weight back my abs went bye bye. I did a bulk up to 220lbs. I shouldn't even call it a bulk it was more of a eat fest for a couple of months. I did gain some muscle though now i've cut back down to around 210. I'm starting a keto diet for 6 weeks or so before my winter bulk. :headshake |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | haha, yes, the last time I tried to "bulk" it turned into an all out eat fest of clean foods. My reasoning was "hey, it's good clean food! why not eat more! I'm bulking!" lol. Lesson= learned How'd you get past the 195 plataue? What did you change to break past it? (If anything)

and your bulk wasnt a real bulk, it was just eating alot. im sure you realize all this but i think you know "why" you've flatlined... my advice, take a break. turn diet mode off. ENJOY LIVING for a week. then jump back on it. c'mon, you know you wanna. | |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | You always tell me to "enjoy living" but you know how I feel about happiness!!!!!!! lol. I've been at the fat loss game for so long now that I'm not happy if I'm not dieting. Besides, I'm locked into doing a log right now, so there will not be any changes to my routine until the log is over, (which I already have plans)

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | When I broke the 195lb mark I was just in the zone. It was summer time and did alot of jogging, about 3 miles a day 5 days a week. I was perfect on my diet. I did switch to high reps moderate weight in the weight room though. I don't think that had much to do with the weight loss though. I jog outside too and a 3 mile jog in 90 degree heat is no joke. I would be soaked from head to toe with sweat. I see you supplement with red wine vinegar. I'm curious about what that is good for? :hyper2: |
