Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 160 | Okay, I'm shot. Today was leg/shoulder day... I was running short of time so I half assed my shoulders. Strength seems to be okay / improving though. Squats 205x8x3 Leg Press 400x8x3 Laying Hamstring curl 180, 8, 8, 5 shoulder press, 60lb dbs, 10, 8, 8 standing calf raise 340, 12, 12 Side lat raise 25lbs dbs x 12x2 My normal plan of action is to do cardio after school, but my body is screaming no. In this case I think it's safe to listen. It's not like I'm sitting around doing nothing :P

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 160 | Dear log, today, september 22nd, 2005, I have once again hit a solid 195lbs on the scale. The cravings for DONUTS have been getting stronger, but in this time of great warfare in the battle against the bulge, I am exercising a 0 tolerance policy. No sugar (not even from dairy), no bread (not even whole wheat), and nothing else considered unclean. My CKD is mutating into a CDK/Caveman diet, and by golly I think it's working. I will not give in to the cravings this time around. I will have a cheat MEAL the weekend after next (donuts?? .I'm cutting back on cardio a little bit. I need more time to focus in on my school work, and my body is feeling very worn down. I wake up at 7am every morning and don't go to bed until 12 and beyond.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 160 | Sleep is DEFINITELY becoming a HUGE issue for me now. Lack of sleep + carb depletion throughout the week = me feeling like complete CRAP on fridays. All I can say is "wow, I feel like horrible". My plan *was* to do cardio after school (before work) on lifting days. I was able to keep it up all last week, but this week I missed two days... but it's okay, my body feels like it would snap if I tried. I'm weak, I have headaches, schoolwork is looking like greek.... oh my goodness ![]() Maybe the greenbulge will help a bit with my endurance. I hope it does.
