Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | it's not lol.Actually it's my recovery that's hurting more. Every time I lift I get serious DOMS until my carb up. I've been losing 10-20lbs on all of my big lifts which is upsetting.... I'm hoping it has to do more with a caloric defecit and lack of carbs than it does with losing muscle.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | :fingersxd I'm hoping so! It would be such a shame to just lose the muscle I put on in my last bulk. It's hard to tell in the mirror to be honest. I seem to be just as lean at 195lbs as I was last time. I think my bodies 'set point' is 200lbs, because everytime I cut underneath that I start losing muscle and all sorts of bad things happen in the gym lol. I have a solution though. I'll just build up enough muscle that I don't have to cut below 200lbs :bigthumbu

| Pro Stature | Instead of lowering calories that much, why don't you just increase cardio?? I read somewhere never go below 1800 calories but 1500 is the limit. If you're at that point, increase cardio, don't lower calories. A_N_91 |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | I know what I *should* be doing (losing fat slow) but I'm being an idiot It's nice to actually be losing again to the extent that it makes an impact in the mirror.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | I am officially the lightest I have ever been in my adult life, at 193.5lbs and I feel like shit! ![]() Authors note: Not only do these low ass calories make me lethargic... i RARELY have been getting horny. I got horny last night for the first time in like a week lol. Tis sad. Good news though, I made an oath to not masterbate anymore (at least for a long while)

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 50 | Wow, way to make me feel uncomfortable, but masterbate at least three times a week to keep testosterone levels high and some other important hormone that causes weight loss. Masterbating more often than once a day lowers hormone levels. I can't find the source I got this from but it was really legit. Some friend and colleague of Dan Duchaine.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | I quit masterbation because the book I'm reading on picking up women says "Stop controlling your horniness, let your horniness control you". IE, stop wacking off. Now suddenly the only option for me to get off is to actually go get laid. Therefore I'm better equiped to think with the 'other' head.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | excellent, let's see how much nuttier I can get LOL.Actually I think it's the author's way to get the reader to actually go THROUGH with the seduction process. Really good book. rdryden sent it to me. It's called "without fear, the total cowards seduction system". I'm like 90% through the book, I'll prolly finish it tomorrow. I think I can handle what he teaches... maybe i will finally have some kind of game after this :fingersxd

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | :mgfight: I was reading Dave Draper's "Your body Revival" and he suggests a 3 day tuna & water binge with 1gr protein per lb bw (lbm in my case or they will put tuna on the endangered list) and EFA & fiber with last meal o' day. I know you have some experience with ketosis, any thoughts on this as Dave suggests to "shock the system"? (I dunno what that smiley signifies, but it looked to cool for school to me )
