if you do, bring flour tortillas, we'll make chicken burritos.

But yeah, it's starting to get ridiculous now. It's not like I don't try... I just have some terrible fat storing genetics. Great genetics for size I think. I think I will be huge in a few years... I just wonder how long it will be, and how much it will take, to get visible abs.

Have you tried some drastic fat loss techniques? PSMF or UD2, perhaps?

EDIT: Oh, and abs are overrated. :eat:

I don't think I'd every *want* to do PSMF, UD2 perhaps. But I'd have to say CKD can be a little drastic on it's own.

We'll see where my current cut goes though. I just came off of a bulk and it *seems* like the pounds are coming off again, so who knows.

The only PSMF log I've seen the guy lost 12lbs, all muscle.

Since getting lean needs to be a lifestyle change it's my opinion a PSMF should never be considered. It's not sustainable.

If you're interested in supplementation, I'd like to suggest you try a product called ectotropin, if you can handle $90 a month for low appetite and high hGH levels. That should set you up pretty good. Albuterol would also contribute nicely to your endeavour.

ss01, are those research chemicals?

Right now I'm considering some clen since people seem to have such good results with it, but I'm always open to new ideas hehe

I'm getting some really cool vascularity on my chest, and I just wanted to post about it. It's really sweet... I have these really cool puffed out veins on my chest then lead into a spider web of vascularity on my shoulder, it's almost freaky looking.

I don't have any pics that show the vascularity on my chest, but you can the freakyness that is on my shoulder

I'm so looking forward to it haha. I am transferring next fall and I want to get as jacked as possible. If i can cut down to just 12%BF i would be happy enough to bulk like a mad man.

Thanks!

Albuterol is a cousin to clenbuterol. Whereas Albuterol has been proven to be anabolic in man, not so with clen. Moreover, Clenbuterol probably destroys heart cells, whereas no such problems were encountered with albuterol. Albuterol has milder sides, and in many cases is every bit as good a fat burner as clen. T3 on top of that is a killer combo, but one that is best run with anabolics.

Ectotropin is a gh-releaser that reduces appetite sharply.

cold hard truth, my body looks the same as it did 4 months ago at the beginning of the semester. Cold hard truth, I sure do talk a lot about losing weight, but I can't even lose my last 10-15lbs.

I'm stagnating. Maybe I'm just in a crumby mood, but I feel like i'm not making any progress.

I need to get a little more extreme if I ever want to lose the rest of the fat.

I've been doing a lot more cardio.... but I have to cut cals further... it's the only way

Take a look at your picture above. Imagine yourself with 10-15 lbs less fat. Got the picture? Are you happy now?

Now imagine that picture with 10 lbs of muscle on your chest and 5 lbs spread out everywhere else. Got the picture?

Should you be cutting or bulking?

That's the never ending debate I have in my head. I'm planning on doing another good bulk mid february with the aid of some e..max, but I'd like to chop off as much fat as possible before then, because I don't want to freak out about my love handles getting bigger when I need to eat for PCT.

I really do question if I'll ever be able to obtain abs level BF%, but common sense tells me I just have to do more cardio and eat less. I just don't like that answer... My theory is that my best chance of being lean will come from increased muscle mass, but putting on the muscle while staying pretty is the tricky part.
