The day I started cutting again I weighed a pinch over 207lbs. This morning I weighed in at a pinch below 204lbs. Mostly water weight I'm certain, however I am in ketosis and obviously in a calorie defecit if I'm losing so much water weight so quickly. The 'pudging' effects of the bulk are quickly going away.... but because this is a keto diet I'm getting a flat look to my muscles. My diet is approximately 2700-2800 calories a day, with minimal cardio, but lots of weight lifting (No specific routine, i just go lift because I enjoy it).I'm a bit underslept right now, but otherwise I have been doing great. Whenever I go into ketosis my strength seems to skyrocket and my cardiovascular endurance plummets I did sprints the other night though and they went great.Saturday's carb up will be kept very clean, and very controlled. This is serious, I want to look plum freaking fantastic come spring semester. I LOVE the way I am treated by the opposite sex now, and I want more.

(out pimping hos while we were worried sick about him).Work load isn't just killing me, it's DESTROYING me. Spanish oral exam tomorrow, macoeconomics quiz thursday with a final thursday after, math final next week, behind in Computer science homework, quiz coming up in that too... it's just a mess, lol.... ![]() fitness program has been going 'okay' at least! :nosthumbs: i'm down 4lbs since i started cutting again ![]()
