Awesome transformation! I've been following ur thread over at the other forum and I must say its one of the best I've seen :bigthumbu I myself am starting out on the same journey(12 weeks into it) and hope to see some significant results in the coming months. I just wanted to let you know that you've been one of the inspirations that got me started

That's awesome If you stick with it, and truely make it part of your lifestyle... you will have nothing but the most fantastic results! My progress has been bitterly slow at times, but when other's would have gave up, I just pushed harder!

If you'd like to see someone who inspired *me*, search the fat loss forum for a thread by gregelder entitled "finally, finished cutting!" or something like that. His transformation beats the crap out of both mondesi and john stone, yet he never got the spotlight.

haha, not as jealous as i am of htxred with his abs!!!!!

I'm actually starting to believe it... the girl i'm dating is an 8 easy... which leads me to believe i can't be all that bad looking anymore. I'm still a little shocked. Now I'm not just 'not fat' but i'm also big and growing. I've actually got kids from school asking me how long it took to get so big. I seem to get a lot of comments about my size in person.

Intensity and consistency is the key to bbing. It's what I love most about it: if you put all your effort into it (that includes nutrition and some research) on a consistent basis, you will succeed and look good.

I'm addicted to the intensity. Grunting in agony as you try to move heavy weights is the most amazing feeling. Sure there is a burn, but there is a feeling of freedom in it. Looking good is just a cool fringe benefit lololol.

I'm hoping my shoulder feels better tomorrow so i can deadlift!

It really does. This sport (lifestyle?) has completely changed me inside and out. The real question is... does the change in body bring about the changes of the mind? Or do the changes of the mind bring about the changes in the body!

I am an entirely different person than I was a couple of years ago... and by entirely, I mean I barely even know who i was.

NOOOOoOOO!O!!!!!!!11!!1!

I knew this would happen.... FREK. I've been going a little overboard eating lately I guess. The scale shot up 5lbs already this week, it's stayed there, and I feel extremely bloated and fat ... And of course: It's all being held in my love handles. Whenever this happens i feel like some kind of comic book character with gigantic love handles. "Hey look, it's love handle man!"

I'm starting to get an itch to start cutting again now.. but NO I will stick with it... hopefully this is all just water retention or something from eating a lot of carbs.

Also, I hurt my shoulder somehow, so my workout routine for the moment is just leg day and back day over and over. Basically squats deadlifts and pullups....

a couple of days. I'm being super cautios cause i know how delicate shoulders are.... luckily this is a very small injury. I'll probably start hitting up benches again sunday, but no dips or military presses for a while, since they have a tendancie to really 'flare things up'.
