^speaking of which... It's going well

Strength is going up, and my arms are getting bigger lol. My muscles have a nice full look to them. I'm certainly not getting any leaner, but I'm getting more definition and vascularity still. My biceps look sick while doing hammer grip pull ups, and my arms get absolutely covered in veins while doing deadlifts.

By golly, I think I'm making progress

I'm almost up to 200lbs....

I wanna be BIG! If kids don't cry whenever they see me then I still need to get bigger.

I could only give a really corny answer. My two main harddrives were wiped so I have to rescan pics and take new ones. I'll get on it though! :o

haha i wish i was always positive

Update on bulking, it's making my love handles go away, as weird as that sounds. My upper body is 'filling out' and i guess it's lifting the skin. I'm currently at around 200.5lbs

everyone thought that would happen. I've just been too scared to go through with it.

I honestly think I'm putting on a very respectable amount of muscle... I love the mirror, we are good friends, and the mirror tells me I'm looking a little jacked.

I recieved an email from someone I must have dated a long time ago, I don't remember who she is (cos i have called so many fat....)

I am not one to admit when I am wrong.... but. I was wrong.
I had/do have a serious weight problem, one of which I have struggled my whole life. I have gained and lost a hundred pounds at a time...

well. after thinking, soul searching, and taking a weight management class at school, I have decided you were right after all.

I think you are to thank in some weird way for the "new and improved" me.

With everything that is going on in the world and our food, I have decided to become a vegetarian, and eat mostly organic foods... fruits, veggies, simple sugars, and complex carbs. I have learned the difference between good fat (nuts, beans) and bad fats (candy and cookies)

I have also found a new awakening in my excersize routine. I do yoga 4 times a week, and make sure to take long walks almost daily.

I have lost 16 lbs in 4 weeks, and have been going strong, with no signs of looking back.
I guess I should say thank you. In ways you were an inspiration. and in many ways you were a real asshole. but you made your point.
