Time to start the cut

I am 178lbs at 18% BF

My diet for today looks like this:

I'm going to start posting my fitday page for everyone to see. I pulled my left rear deltoid earlier this week, so I'm trying to take it easy on that for now and concentrate on lower body and cardio this week.

I'm trying to remove the meal replacement bar for my 4th meal of the day.

I'll be starting AnimalCuts this coming monday. I've used this supplement before and saw good results. After that I'll switch to and EC stack.

you saw good results from the cutpacks? ive never tried them what kind of workouts and diet did you do?

Right now I'm doing this workout.

Adding cario in there on some off days.

My diet is listed in my fitday.com link. It basically tries to cut out all processes sugar. I still have a meal replacement bar in there I'll be eliminating next week with an oats and whey shake.

The AnimalCuts is pretty good because it doen't crack me out like some thermogenics. It will make you sweat buckets and your piss will peel the paint off the walls with the smell, but it works pretty good for me.

Starting the AnimalCuts this week. Current weight is 172lbs. I hope to drop to 9% by early or mid summer. Currently about 17%bf. I'll do a new bf test tonight to make sure.
