One thing I would do is drink a lot of green tea. I drink ten bags a day and it makes a HUGE difference. It elevates your metabolism and helps burn fat. Trust me, it is better than any fatburner yuo can buy (legally).

I have been drinking green tea for a very long time I also take concentrated green tea supplements Post workout for the antioxidant properties. Something even better than green supposedley that I've been drinking is white tea.

I have white but to me, green tea is easier to drink in large quantities. I have heard that it's good stuff tho.

Don't you need the antioxydants BEFORE the workout??

I didn't see the details of your workout program, but I have had tremendous success with short-rest supersets on CKD myself.

I've always taken the antioxidants after with pwo nutrition? This is the first time im ever hearing about taking them before hand.

I've been doing an upperbody lowerbody split, no supersets, rest sessions are about 1-2 minutes each. I just did my first depletion workout and took my first mega carb pwo shake in 12 days, and I feel like I can fall over and pass out puking

The workout itself induces lots of oxydative stress. Take the antioxydants preworkout. The fat-soluble ones a few hours pre, and the water-soluble ones 1 hour pre. Seriously man, that's gonna make a big difference, I'm sure of it.

Wouldn't it be backwards of that?

Look. Simple. Workout = oxidative stress. Have antioxidants ALREADY IN YOU when you begin workout. Do you think the burn from lactic acid is just a feeling or do you figure it does something to you? OXIDATIVE STRESS.

Meh, my own fault for letting my progress pics stray so far apart.... I had a bad cycle and put on a lot of fat and neglected to take pictures showing it..... Here's the closest possible progress pics regardless. Just goes to show I should suck it up and take pics even when things aren't going my way.

Looking much much better in 6 weeks is far from anything bad IMO.

I can't imagine it makes much a difference if you take them before and after. People really overcomplicate things.

I agree... both about overcomplicating things and my head shrinking LOL.

I think the issue is that EVERYONE here over complicates things. That's what we do best. We are the type of people who will debate for hours on end if fasted cardio is better and round up scientific studies to back up our claims. We are all quite nuts
