Default Really horrible mood while cutting.

Am I the only one who gets really vile bad moods when cutting? The entire time I was bulking I was honestly "happy" a good 90% of the time. I've only been cutting for a week and today and yesterday my mood is sooo unbelievabley vile.

It's just absolutely amazing how I went from feeling how proud my muscles got, to being so ashamed of how fat I am that I have to talk myself into leaving the house :scared1: ....

Of course it's just a passing mood, but I've been getting them quite frequently, and they get worse With any luck they will get better as I get more used to being in a caloric deficit.

I get pissed when i cut to. That is why I cut DURING the summer. I am always on my internship. No time for a social life.

I don't know Skel, I'm honestly pretty happy when cutting.
I love seeing the changes every day.

You always go through an "in between" period when you go from a full bulk to a cut where you aren't nearly as big and full anymore, but you aren't cut yet either, so you just feel small.

That period of time isn't the greatest, but, that usually only lasts a few weeks and the striations start coming out and the veins start busting out everywhere and it's all good again.

Even during the "in between time" I can't say that I'm ever in a constant bad mood... just not overly happy with how I look. But, it's part of the process, and it's just a temporary state.

Hang in there man. It will get better. :nosthumbs

I get really depressed/unmotivated/tired during cuts. I am going to try to control my sleep(oversleep > depression). Also trying:
5-HTP + St. Johns Wort + Rhodiola Rosea

I feel u bro...while i cut esp if i do not use anabolics i am a real bitch ... when i bulk hell i am happy .... so very happy. Even though i look and feel leaner, i miss being buff for some reason.Plus the deficit in cals affects my lifts esp my deads and leg presses and that depresses me.
