Default Re: Quick question

The most I would recommend losing is 2lbs/wk to minimize muscle loss. You need a solid diet, a plan, a definitive goal (including body fat), a deadline, and know that weight loss/gain will not be linear.

1. Make a weight with body fat goal
2. Get current weight and bf
3. Read Layne's precontest article, apply it to yourself, take notes
4. Sounds like you know your deadline but mark it down
5. Get your diet together AFTER reading Layne's article and post it for review

Good luck in obtaining your goals.

I'm also 16 and trying to tone up. The best thing I would advise, that has greatly helped me, is to cut out sodas, chips, chocolate, cookies, etc. If you cut those things out or at least reduce them greatly, it will help you a lot.
