i am trying to get started losing weight
and wanted to know the following?


how much weight can you lose before spring break 06?
what diet plan should i take?
what dietery supplement shouls i take?



i am about

6'1 or 6'2
336 pounds

how would i look if i lost 30 pounds

Hi congratulations on wanting to make a change. The best thing for you to do is to read the sticky at the top of this board entitled 'Skel1's new to dieting FAQ' and then this thread: So You Want to Lose Weight and Shape Up ...

while it is about fat loss for women much of the information will be useful to you.

If you have any questions about what you have read or how to proceed please post.

Also: i dont know when spring break is, but a safe amount of fat to loose (w/o compromising muscle mass) is 2pounds a week. You may be able to loose more safely considering your weight.

if you lost 30lbs you would look appreciabley different.
