PSMF, your experiences?

Just a quick poll for people who've actually TRIED the psmf.

I was reading a few articles on it, specifically a few 'in their own words' summaries of Lyle's book. It really looks like any log i've seen or person I've queried has failed because either physically it was too draining/painful to starve more than 3-4 days, or it was too emotionally draining/painful to starve.

During OptimumAcid's first PSMF he lost 15lbs of muscle and 0lbs of fat by his calculations. Lyle yelled at him for refeeding once a week at a buffet, but I still think it's just a cash cow on people wanting results fast.
