Default PROD1GY DIET - My own twist(IronMASS exclusive, too)


Eat at 10% below maintaince
Day 1-5
Low Carb
180 - 190g Carbs / 190g Protein / 100-110g of Fat
Day 1: Chest/Tri
Day 2: OFF
Day 3: Back
Day 4: Cardio
Day 5: Shoulders/Biceps/Traps/Forearms

Day 6-7:

Repletion
Maintance: 3-500g Carbs / 100g+ Protein / 20+g of fat
Probably will go up on protein/fat
Day 6: Legs
Day 7: OFF

Supplements:
Sesamin(2x day)
Omega Beta Fat Inciterator(3x day)
GXR(AM, PostWO, PM)
Some Stim
MAYBE Lean Xtreme

What do you think?
Should I lower carbs?
Any BETTER suggestions?
