Unhappy Please double check this cutting plan, is it enough calories and protein?

I am

5'11
237 lbs
28% bf

Cutting Plan so far:

1800 cals a day

200 grams protein per day, from Chicken and ON protein.

45mins cardio 5-6 days a week

Are my protein and calorie levels ok?

Fats and carbs will be clean, the basic Oats, Wheat Bread, Chicken Fat, Olive oil, and PB....

Thanks

Protein levels look ok. Calorie levels look way too low. I started my cut at 2700 calories at 245lbs and now am down to 2500 calories because I weigh 204lbs. Your body can only oxidize so much fat in a single day, going too low just causes muscle loss.

If you're in a huuuuge rush you're better off eating at least 2400 calories a day and doing moderate intensity cardio for three seperate one hour periods six days a week on top of lifting. Eating your meals right after the cardio.

I agree, the calories are too low. I'm about 230 right now and I'm cutting on about 2800 calories per day. Make sure you are getting protein from more real foods too. Can you post an example of your daily diet?

In my opinion you should be lifting 5 days a week before considering cardio. Three at the very least.

Of course for optimal results (and what I do myself!) is do cardio in the morning 5 days a week and lifitng in the late afternoon.
