Default Peanut Butter and Fluff once a week

My diet now no longer consists of a weekly carb up, but I've been craving pb&fluff sandwiches like a mofo I already ate three... mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I had never heard of fluff until I went to college in the north, and I have never had a desire to have it, but isn't it melted marshmellows? If so, it won't kill you but I wouldn't eat it if you can avoid it.

I don't like Fluff, but having that once in a while isn't going to kill you as long as you don't go overboard.

LOL, I've never heard of fluff, but I eat peanut butter every day, whether cutting or bulking.

Is fluff some kind of marshmellow spread??

Eeww... I don't think I'll be eating that any time soon... but I'm not crazy about marshmellows any way... maybe the really small ones in Hot Chocolate once in a while.

Does fluff have a lot of sugar in it? If so, I would avoid if possible.
Eat Peanut butter and sugar free jelly sandwiches...or just plain peanut butter sandwiches and a big glass of milk....Mmmmm, now I like those!

It sucks when the fluff dries out. You can't spread it or anything. It's like eating white rocks.

LOL,

That Fluff label posted by MOP answered my question about if there is a lot of sugar in it.

Look at the first two main ingredients:
Corn Syrup and Sugar....

Skel,

Put down the jar, and step away from the Fluff!!

Skel,

I believe all the months ( years? ) of low carb, and simultaneously working in a bakery have forever scarred you brother.

Your only a few weeks into introducing carbs back into your diet, and you've already resorted to a 5 hour Fluff binge...

Oh, the humanity!!
