Default OK, I need your opinion....

Here's my progress so far

Weeks 1 - 5

I'm not extremely worried about shedding weight off fast right now since its going to be winter, I dont wanna gain any weight (unless its from muscle :fingersxd )

So I was thinking maybe I'd be better off putting on as much muscle as possible instead of worrying about the fat so much during the winter, I personally dont wanna cut till I'm skin and bones like alot of people seem to do then bulk...

Eh, I don't know, what direction would you guys set me in right now?

I'd recommend that you continue to cut for a while longer, go on a clean bulk over the fall/winter, and start cutting early next spring. Your BF is still a bit high IMO to be on even a clean bulk, although you have made some good progress so far.

Thanks, and yeah... that was sorta my intent, wasnt sure if it was a good idea... all the fat is on my torso really... very little anywhere else (its mainly my gut and chest)

Any recommendations on supplements I should look into getting? As far as getting more lean mass faster when I stop cutting.

Right now I'm taking Scivation Sesamin, MAN Scorch, Anabol Naturals Amino Balance, Twinlab Daily, Flaxseed, Opt. Whey Prot, and Highpowered CEE
