| Pro Stature | This offseason i will be posting a fat loss journal with pics.My goal is to lower my body fat % while putting on muscle.The reason is because im a lineman and i do need the weight.I just dont want it to be fat!!So im going to drop my bf % to hopefully 13 or 14%.From the online calculators it says my body fat percentage is about 22-23%.I'm not sure on the exact number but im going to base my results on this number.Right now i am planning everything but i do need to know what the most essential supplements i would need.If you could help me out that would be great. :dumbells: Last edited by strongman72 : 09-22-2005 at 07:29 PM. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | It really depends on your level of experience with cutting. I wouldn't go by online calculators, it would be worth your time and effort to go have a caliper test done in person at a gym. But the supplements I feel are 'essential' wether bulking or cutting is fish oil and creatine. For cutting ephedrine / EC stacks. Whey protein and maltodextrin also help ![]() Anything else that 'works' shouldn't really be used unless you've been at the fat loss game for a while imo.
