Default needs help on fat loss

i have been lifting weights for almost three years now i have come along way first statng off at 340 pounds i was motivated to get active and play sports which was football at frist it was hard to keep up with cause of my energy leveol i wound up not playing at all that year a bench warmer so the next year i decided to get serious i increased my strenght and speed in the process lost alot of weight so in my seior year before the season i dropped to 280 pounds ran a 6.0 and increased my mile run from 28 min to 21 min i was still outta shape but doing better in the summer before camp i went off to another state where i could really focus went ran stadiums for a month alot of leg exercises see as tho thats was were alot of my weight was then when it was time to go back i was 265 and ran a 5.4 and in a mile 21 to a 16 but my strenght was still below but my legs were powerfull after my serior year in the next summer i was under stress going to play college football and in my head at 265 play at offencive line gaurd and at nose i couldnt be the same strenght but i made a mistake i went and bought protein not whey but accidently weight gainner i tooj the recomended amount and shot back up to 300 and i didnt know way after observing the label it was 2800 calories a scoop but a day was left so i went on to camp and it was hard due to the sudden increase of weight i was once again slow and sluggish and due to that i wound up injured and in therapy for my knee cause it was knocked out of place one possitive thing tho was i increase my uper body strenght because it was the only thing i was allowed to do i went up in bench almost 100 pounds for a previous 225 to 315 and every thing else shot up but after i was permitted to run/jog again i was in a rut my strenght was gone and i was again out of better health then before this summer i am have trouble figuring out what exercise i should be doing for my lower and upper body cause i need he extra weight off i dont want to do it but with my surplus of strenght i can now afford to lose weight plus i think my way of eating has holes in it i eat fish turkey and wheat grain cereal in the morning i eat 4 times or more a day and for the other 2 not mentioned i use protein power or bars i need extra help if you al can offer it and thanks

It sounds like your issue is entirely based on diet brother

I will give you the biggest advice I give everyone, and if you follow it, it will make a world of difference.

No bread of any type, no flour of any type, no sugar that does not come from dairy or fruit of any type, no hydrogenated oils. The trick is to be more concerned with a products ingredients than it's nutrition panel.

And obviously brother you need to count your calories. You gotta be eating a lot of food to maintain that kind of weight. Keep a log of what you've been eating, and try to shave off 600-800 calories. Keep your protein high, carbs moderate, and make sure you eat a source of healthy fat 2-3 times a day out of your 5-6 daily meals.
