Default Need Help to Pass on to a Girl

i have this girl who came to me for advice on losing fat.

but i'll back up a bit and tell you a little abit about her

first of all, she is 17, 18 this year. she is a aussie girl and plays netball. However, i do not know her weight, nor height, but from my view, she seems to be in pretty good shape. also, she doesn't lift weights, and she doesn't want to.

her goal is she wants a 6-pack. so i told her about cardio, and dieting, and a few tips, but i have only limited knowledge on the nutritional side of losing fat.

so if some people, probably females would be best, help me out here and give me some info on the good foods to lose weight, and the bad food and everything in between thanks.

cos this girl came to me thinking i had all the answers, i had alot of answers for her, just not enough on the nutrition. thanks

either send her to my dieting FAQ or print it out for her. She has to do some type of resistance training.... she doesn't want to lift weights because she thinks she's going to look like Jay cutler. Print out a pic of Kendra Elias and show it to her, tell her THAT is what girls who lift weights look like.

Otherwise, ALL fat loss advice given to men is EXACTLY the same for women.

ok thanks mate

yeah the reason i said about female stuff is maybe because she doesn't need certain amount of protein and carbs and stuff. as you can see, i am really bad in the nutrition part lol

yeah, i'll ask her about resistance training part, and see what she says.

i guarantee it's because she's scared of getting bulky. In all seriousness, bring a picture of Kendra with you.... so you can show her what a competitive female bodybuilder/figure competitor can look like.

But basically yea, it's the same diet game as for a guy, and there's all sorts of ways to go about it. I'm an advocate of high fat diets but it's more mainstream to eat a 40/40/20 style diet.

Yeah show her Kendra. She lifts more than me (I think) and is most certainly not bulky, a very good physique, that many girls try to achieve with their 100000 rep situp routine.

yeah, every girl who sees kendra is like "dayam I want to look like that" lol. Kendra has helped me convince like 4 girls that they should be lifting heavy.
