Muscletech Hydroxycut HARDCORE!

I was thumbing through the Army times at work today and came across this muscletech ad with Johnnie Jackson, a Desert shield Vet that is an IFBB PRO. The ad says muscletech hydroxyxut hardcore will "SLASH YOUR BODYFAT BY 7.9%" also goes on to say its the most powerful fat burner ever created and it increases norepinephrine by 40%. Its also the ONLY fat burner in existence to contain LiquiTech, a rapid release liquid micro-distribution technology that helps the formula to work immediately. Im just wondering if it will work as good as GAKIC that helped me get 40% stronger LOL. :headshake

WOw, right now I am about 8% bodyfat, so with muscletech's hydrocut hardcore, I will be down to .1%, Maybe you will be able to see my liver!

8%!!!! Dude you are my idol, the lowest ive ever been was 10% and I was running my ass off, I didnt like my look though I was just skin and bones but I could run 3 miles in 18 mins. Im at about 14 right now im guessing, would you contribute your low body fat more to eating or to cardio? I really want to lose this layer I have over my abs by june, any suggestions?

Genetics, heavy ass weight, and good nutrition has helped me stay like this. I stay between 8-10% bf... My bf% right now is an estimate but here is a picture of my stomach that I just took, sorry it is dark. Say it this way, I always have my 6pack... I know it is easier for me than others because I have a high metabolism, but the way I train helps me big time.

so how do you train? I have a pretty good metabolism Im 6 foot and stay around 160 off of creatine and about 172 when im on it. Im debating whether or not I should take a break drom it and see what happens. My diet isnt perfect but I do eat often and pretty much clean during the week. On the weekend I will drink a few beers but I still run at least 30 mins a day on the weekend. I guess I need to take some pics and let you see what you think.

I've got a friend. Smoker. Does dope. Eats out for every meal (every single meal, macca's, kfc, or fish and chips are his favorites), he's 5'10, has an 8pack, and pecs than make women look like men with their flatchestedness. He lifts sometimes once a week. He doesn't even need to flex to get his 8pack either, it's just always there.

I dunno - I reckon AST VP2 is better. After all, it provides 615% more muscle mass than the control, and makes you lose fat. Remember, this is a double blind study that was performed, and Skip La Cour "wrote" the ad. Plus, he's natural. So even if Cell Tech is 57463% more effective than regular creatine, and Hydroxycut has patented HydroxyTea and LiquiTech, AST stuff is better

Actually, I don't mind Hydroxys.
