I have been doing midnight cardio. Much easier to do it when I am actually awake! Cool thing is that it doesn't prevent me from falling asleep when I go to bed afterwards.

Ahh........ I love the smell of cardio in the morning.

Nothing wrong with a little cardio to get your day going.

Just focus on all the cuts that will soon be showing up everywhere.

Nevermind that it's still dark out, your dogs won't even get up to see what the hell you are doing up so early, and that everyone else you know still has 2 more hours of sleep to go.

Depends on what you are doing for cardio.

if your jumping on a treadmill, or exercise bike for an hour, that sucks, and is boring.

Jump on a real bike, or go for a walk outside, or better yet jump on your girlfriend.

That and my legs are like constantly sore from my workouts, its crazy. I need cardio with no leg movements!
