Am back on .... after a longggggggg time.

What I am doing is a clean up cycle. Running DNP - staying at maintenance and cardio 2x a day. 3 weeks - low dose dnp.

Not too much in terms of anabolics. I am yet to decide. I have nothing right now.

75mg ephidrine to combat lethargy
50mcg clen first thing in the am
Keitofen daily nighttime.


I wish I had some GH . But I am el-naturale ...

Starting cardio today 45 minutes 15 incline on the tread mill.
No fancy fatburners just caffene and synephrine for a week.

Starting D*P over the weekend.

Waist : 34"
Arms 20.5
Legs : PATHETIC thankyou

So much for growing in proportion and aesthetic side of bodybuilding.

Anways - I will be doing some hard cardio for the next 6 days pre DNP. Just finished 60mins on the treadmill @ 4.1 speed incline 15 trying to keep heart rate constant at 130-150. Its around 1 am.

Back up at 7:00 am - cardio 7-7:30am.

Pretty decent back day

Threw some stiff legged deads
Some racked deads
Did some DB pull overs and supersetted with pull ups
Some lat pull downs super'd with widegrip seated rows
Closed with DB rows and yates rows.

Now I am tired as fck. Carbing down heavy - today was Only trace

Diet

Lunch 4 cans of tuna + spices
Dinner 3 legs of turkey
4 drinks of Whey protein isolate thats a total of 30g of carbs
6 spoons of peanut butter that 36g of carbs
8g of sugar in total

Tommorrow will be lower. Throw in the coconut oil. Flax and fish oil caps with each drink of whey.

Fck i need meredia - I AM HUNGRYYYY LIKE A MOTHER!

Its 2 15am ... I am up sweating like a PIG. Dammit cant sleep with 6g of melatonin.

sweat is borderline yellow ... the woman HATES the you know what's taste when I am on it, and its bright yellow. So yeah pretty much yellowing it up.
