Default just got my first body comp today

my bf is 12 percent i want to know how i could get it down to a single number i havent been do cardio since last year and i was wondering if hitt would be good or just low intensity 20-30 mins 2-3 days a week and how much bf could u lose in 1 month if anyone knows

Reducing bodyfat is a combination of the right diet and exercise. For diet you need to know how many calories you are eating. You also need to know how many calories you are burning in your daily life activities and your exercise activities. Once you know these things you can craft your diet and exercise so that you can lose 1 - 2 lbs of fat per week.

Some tips: Eat 6 small meals per day, drink lots of water, eat lots of protein, lift weights at least 3 days per week, do cardio frequently and eat clean.

My last high on 2/1/2006 was 196 lbs.
My last low on 8/08/2006 was 167.5 lbs.

Cutting until I am lean
Starting weight: 190 lbs. bodyfat: 19.7%
November 27th: 183 lbs. bodyfat: 18.3% bodyfat
Goal Weight: 176 lbs with no more than 10% bodyfat
