much appreciated


god knows i've wanted to quit sooo many times. but id have to say one thing that helped ALOT to keep me motivated was music, i love my mp3 player to death!!! if some of you havent crossed over and invested in one, its well worth it!!!

bumping, this is going to double as my log thread. almost done with my mini bulk, scale only went up 12 lbs lets hope these last 5 days i can squeeze out some more. october i'll be starting a more serious cut with some "more serious" supplements. not sure if i can put them here but wrd, keep an eye for an update.

Looks like you have the saggy nipple issue from being overweight, but... it doesn't look bad But you can tell the nips are lower than where they should be.

Hit those inclines!

I can't believe you have abs like that now.... lol. How much cardio do you do???

Incredible transformation--what did you find worked best for the extra skin? I get that question a lot, but never had to deal with it so I can't answer knowledgably.

havent really been able to deal with it. its still there, jus going on the theory of below 10% = "snapping back elaticity" :shrugs:

so for now, im shootin for below 10%
