HOLY SHIT!!

A grilled stuft burrito is 680 calories http://www.fatcalories.com/results/nflabel.cfm?ID=TB063

and a meximelt is 290
http://www.campusdining.org/diet/inf...php?dietID=131

that "meal" was 1260 calories!!! Wow taco bell is evil mang At least it was 65g of protein lol. Wow.

That brings me up to about 2800 calories for the day.

Heh, when this happens to me, I will normally just eat the taco-bell over a few days rather than all at once, because at least then the calories are spread out and not forced on your body all at once. Keeps you from gaining weight from it.

The saga continues.... I never thought I'd find myself in a situation where I thought I wasn't eating enough.

First off, I've changed my workout routine ENTIRELY... I'm doing 8-12 reps now, so I don't know how much strength I've already lost.... Im getting good pumps b/c of the reps, but I'm not really getting intensity.

My school schedule is making life ridiculous.

Woke up and had a tub of 1% cottage cheese

Did my laundry, had a small handful of walnuts and went and did a chest workout.

pwo nutrition was 2 cans of dzl gear.

before class i had a can of canned chicken with olive oil

i had a can of dzl gear between classes

I had a HUGE salad in my break... it had: Roast beef, cheese, lettuce, broccoli, cucumber, peppers, olives, bacon bits, chicken bits, etc etc etc, with olive oil.

Now finally at 10:45pm i am home, it has been a looooooooooong ****ing day, and i'm finishing up with cottage cheese and walnuts again.

When I look back at it, it looks like a lot of food/calories, but it sure doesn't feel like it... blah.

Bah, get a food scale already. When you weigh everything out to the nearest gram, fat loss is practically guaranteed. No guessing needed.

if they're things you eat all the time it takes all of like 15 minutes to put them into your custom food list, and then you're good to go

Once you enter a food into fitday it's there for good and if you can't spend a couple minutes on a custom food then you're never going to put in what it takes to get to the goal. Guessing and knowing exactly make a huge difference when something as little as 500 calories can make a difference. hell we're all on the computer half the night anyways, right?

um, i don't see where i'd have time to measure things out or log into fitday. I'm only ranting about what I'm eating. I'm losing too much weight too fast. Whatever.

Then you have to admit it would help. I'm just saying knowing your exact kcal level for the day is worth doing x 100.

Takes me less time to weigh my foods throughout the day than it takes most people to decide what to eat for meal #2. I eat the exact same thing every day. I find I get enough variation with eating every 3 hours.

I might feel like shit, but I sure am cutting fat off fast Lots of new vascularity/vascularity coming back, and my extremeties are getting pretty damn cut (forearms/calves etc). I literally walk around all day long
