I'm back!!

As some of you might remember, I had gotten in accident last year, and it threw me off track for a while, I tried to get back into things, but complications from the accident held me off, then I lost total motivation. I gained about 10 pounds or so in the lota months I've been gone, without proper dieting, so I think I maintained pretty well for how long I been gone and not doing anything, so hopefully I get right back on track!

Well, I finally think I found the motivation again, I had a full arm and leg work out today and it felt great!

I'll prob start a new log to try and keep that motivation sometime this week.

Anyways, great to be back at IronMass
