Default How to fight with fats

Fat or weight loss became a tension for all. Normally the extra flush appears at thighs and stomach. Mostly all ladies are worried about their figures. I want some suggestions to overcome this problem.

You can't burn fat off a specific area, fat loss is a component of overall diet and fitness level. Everyone has their problem area's as you've pointed out and those will be the last places you lose the fat from. What exactly are you looking to find out? You want diet and exercise advice for yourself? If so you'll need to post specific information about your current diet and training as well as your height, weight and bf% if you have it.
