So true.

I was on Sesamin/Lipid FX/cAMPHIBOLIC/c2.
I gained LBM and lost fat. Diet was spot on 2400 calores.

I ended up at 6% body fat.

I was riding bike and lefting heavy. I recommend cycling for anyone who hates running. (me)

Since the end of that stack and finals week, I have put on a little fat and stopped lifting. Bicycle race next sunday too!

University of North Dakota Dining Center!

Consisted of 100% natural oats, honey, and raisins cereal. Grilled chicken breasts and veggies. Lots of cottage cheese. I miss that convenience.

Of course - people have been doing it for a very very long time all natural.

But who wants to work that hard?!

Red Acid by Controlled Labs is some potent stuff. I like Lipo-6 a pretty good bit, but NOTHING beats the ole ECA (Ephedra, Caffiene, Asprin) stack (might even leave off of the aspirin). Some folks can handle the ECY stack as well (Same as above, drop the aspirin, add Yohimbe).

It needs to be said though that ephedra is not for the faint of heart and should not be the first thing you try. Alot of folks swear by Sesathin, and like I said - Lipo-6 is good stuff (that and I think they take out the second most ads in the muscle mags - so they must be overcharging for something).

cardio, unless done in a fully fed state, will always burn all three nutrients within the body. The amound of protein used for glucose relies on a number of factors including: genetics, glucose stores, ketone availability, bodyfat percentage and intensity.

Cardio is a tricky subject, and many will have their opinions. We all know what it does within the body, so we must simply make the best decisions based on YOUR set of variables. When people compare themselves or others to the professionals, they are entering ambiguous waters. They are all juicing genetic freaks. Although their bodies react the same way as ours to a point, they also have many quality hormones and chemicals flowing at greater rates.

It is great to take before bed, but it tastes damn good and it a lot of calories. I would say hold off on it. Even though it has good fat and such.... I still can't fully recommend it for a cutter.

I have to disagree since I used it before bed while I lost 25-30lbs of bodyfat recently.

Whey protein = anabolic

Caesins and Caesinates = anti-catabolic

Muscle Milk also contains Glutamine and that along with the protein types and fats will aid in muscle retention, which is always at risk during a cutting phase.

What I was trying to say is that 350 extra calories can add up. With milk that is closer to 500 calories. You wouldn't have lost those 30lbs of fat if you were in surplus of calories. Drinking muscle milk can get you in surplus before you know it!

Cottage Cheese before bed > muscle milk.

I agree with Powerman on this one.

Cutting isn't as much about total calories as it is about being in a caloric deficit.... does that make any sense? I said it. You make sure you are eating at least 2800 kcals, and then be active enough to use 3200 daily. It's not as tough as you think.

Cottage Cheese is too lactos-ish. I'm not a huge fan of dairy in general, and lactose is a worthless form of a nutrient. Way better off with a more efficient source of protein, carbs (not in this case) and fat.

I really wanted to stay away from thermogenics, those scare me, but if there are other safe supplements that will help me lose fat, I'm willing to try that. I haven't done enough research, but are creatine and glutamine safe? I really want to lose my fat, even if it makes me run in the morning everyday.

Creatine and glutamine are safe but they aren't going to help you with losing fat. Don't bother with supplements right now.
