Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | 2/3 cup oatmeal 1.5 scoops whey 420 4 slices whole wheat bread 110g fat free turkey 420 1 cup kashi go lean 1 cup milk 250 2/3 cup oatmeal 1.5 scoop whey 420 2 cups milk 1 scoop whey 1/3 cup oatmeal 420 1 cup kashi go lean 1 cup cottage cheese 330 2260 calories ive been on this diet for about 2 months and have leaned up a ton...plus lots of cardio and gym sessions im in bball season right now so i dont have a ton of time for extra workouts and cardio sessions but occasionally i can fit them in....tell me what you think about my diet btw im 6'2 165lbs about 11%BF .... i can see top 2 abs easily just working on seeing the 4 pack now peace and thanks |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | aye i absolutly love kashi go lean i often replace my bowl of kashi go lean with milk in the night with a chickenbreast and literally a plate filled with vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, onions, mushrooms, parsnip) so basically each day i get a large serving of vegetables. i agree about the healthy fats though....i just find that after eating peanuts im still quite hungry which makes sticking to the diet much harder. thanks for the reply.....reploy moreeeeeeeeeeeeeeee |
