Exclamation Help with plan?

I was wondering if this is a good plan for keto:

Eat a lot of meat that is high in fat until im full.
Drink a lot of olive oil.

Drink enough water.
5g of creatine before and after workouts.

Eat a lil veggies.

WORKOUT 3x a week.
HIIT with 10g creatine before and after 3x a week.

Cheat day is on sunday which is only one meal.

And take something like san tight.

I don't know much about keto diets, but shouldn't the protein be fairly low? How much protein and how much fat are you going to be taking in. The veggies will have a little bit of carbs, I'll assume you'll keep them below 20 a day, cook those in olive oil for sure.

Why creatine on a cut?

Man, I don't know about HIIT + keto, seems like it would lead to muscle loss.

Only if you want to put on weight You can not eat until you're full, and olive oil is VERY high in calories. Yes, even on keto you need to watch your portions.

damn, thanks skel.

I think i'll take like a tablespoon like 3x a day or with every meal.

In the keto diet you have to have around 1.5x fat of protein or something during the first few days or something? cant recall.

Now you're making more sense

The macros for the first week are around 70% fats, 25% protein, 5% carbs, but in reality that's hard to do. Normal macros for keto are 60-65% fat, 30-35% protein, and 5% carbs, so you're better off just sticking at that. You're kitchen will thank you for it. (Eating keto makes for a VERY greasy kitchen)

That's a lot of creatine - I don't think that much is necessary. 20g on cardio days? I've only seen people take 20g in a day when doing a 'loading' phase (taken in 5g doses throughout the day). If you want to load like that for a week, go for it, but after that, you'd be fine with 5-8g a day. Either around your workout, or in the morning on off days.

I think creatine is fine on a cut - of course with a high water intake just like if you weren't cutting. It's benefits of muscle hydration and ATP re-production are valuable even on a cut. It's so cheap anyways...
