I love my cut diet, it is pretty easy to stick to. The only "mental" problem i have with it is having to say NO to other foods and drinks I love. I am not one that does very good when told no. lol I can stick to my cut diet forever as long as I get one cheat day a week. Contest prep is a pain cause i have to say "NO" to myself and that pisses me off.
