Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Hey Guys, Ok, I'm 20 and really want to get in shape. I would basically do anything as live is to short and i want the confidence to enjoy it. I started off weighing a whooping 22.5 stone. I now weigh 12 stone and have saggy skin. This has really improved my confidence i was basically home all day because i was to ashamed to leave. Now I'm at university and i just know if i can get in shape that it will improve me confidence a lot more. I was a vegetarian my whole life, meat never passed my mouth, until a few weeks ago when i knew if i wanted to build some muscle i would need to eat meat. Now i eat turkey, chicken and pork. My diet is not great, This is the food i eat... Veg Fruit Potatoes Meat and all i drink is water. I don't eat any fast foods and will occasionally snack on a bag of crisps and chocolate. Here are some pictures of my current situation which i really want to change. ![]() ![]() I have joined a Gym back home which i have only been going for about 2 weeks, but at the moment i am at university in Bournemouth and dont know where i closest Gym is yet. I still don't understand all the technical talk in the gym or the names of each machine, but im learning. So the point of all this is.... Can i have some opinions on the best way of fixing the way a look and FAST. Is there any hope in getting rid of my saggy skin? I want to look good as soon as possible and am willing to do anything to get it. So any help you give will be most grateful. Thanks for your time. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 35 | Ssnthorn first off congrats on the weight loss bro! now your main goal should be to gain as much lean muscle tissue as possible, that will help somewhat with the saggy skin. first i recommend you eat at least 1 gram of protein for every pound of bodyweight that you currently weigh, you should get that in the form of chicken, turkey, eggs, fish, and whey protein powder ( I assume you don't eat red meat?) second you should be eating at least six small meals and day and your carb intake for the day should be split between breakfast, post workout, and the meal right after, all meals after that meal should be meat and green leafy veggies. I would recommend you take in some healthy fats EFA's from fish oil caps, salmon, flaxseed oil, and maybe some borage oil, your fat should be low but all your fat should come from the sources above and including what small amount of fat is in your meat. there are some good calculators for calorie consumption either search this board or bodybuilding. com has plenty. figure your daily calorie needs and go from there. lift heavy as possible for 8-12 reps and be sure not to overtrain! cardio performed first thing in the morning on an empty stomach at least 3 days a week to begin with. sorry that my post is short and sweet but im short on time at the moment sorry bro. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 207 | how fast did you lose that weight? From the looks of your pictures, it came off quite fast and your skin is still stretched out from it.
