I'm aiming to have most of it to be fat/water weight and as little muscle as possible

I'll have to look into Vasopro. I already am downing green tea while at work and I might add black coffee for caffeine but I'm ify about doing that since I just started on Stimulant X I'm probably going to wait another day or three to build up a tolerance.

Sorry, but this is dumb. If you've ever bulked before then what a waste.

WOW this seems unhealthy...i dont think you have 30lbs of water weight.. i mean ya obviously the body is composed 90% of water..but you cant loose it all bro

Safely id guess 3-4lbs of water weight + 2lbs fat each week = 8-9lbs...

EC works well in my experience for dropping water weight but maybe you should look at pre contest techniques for dropping water, theres a thread knocking around.

true, but if he bulked and gained muscle and not mostly fat, then doing a regular diet (not 900 calories a day or the atkins crap) then he should take of the fat he gained while bulking and still keep the muscle gains, i guess im my opinon "cuts" are just a name that i use when i am on a regular diet, i usually go with a yo yo diet

10 weeks bulk
10 weeks normal diet
10 weeks bulk
10 weeks normal diet

Yeah I have bulked before with very little results. IMO I'm geneticly unable to pack on serious mass naturally and I hate needles so AAS is out of the question. And unlike most people on here my #1 goal isn't to get huge. My main goals are to stay as light as possible, get faster and stronger. And all of last year I seriously slacked when it came to proper diet and lifting, etc. So I know I have some spare bf that can go away along w/water weight. So if you think this is dumb just because I would be wasting a previous bulk then please keep the negative comments to yourself until you have a fairly good idea about why I'm doing this, what my training background is, etc. because I'm pretty sure you have no idea if I had ever bulked {until now} or how many times I have and the results from it.

I figured you bulked using X-Factor. And if you try lose that much weight in that short of a time you'd probably have to lose waymore muscle than you could gain during an X-Factor cycle. So that would be a waste of money and time.

If you had hard work ethic you could lose only fat while keeping all your muscle. Perhaps the fact that you're willing to lose it all on a whim is why you'll never be able to get big.

FYI - There are a couple different reasons behind me doing this and I guess I'll put my work ethic to the test and see how much wieght I can lose and how much muscle I can keep on, kthnx
