| Fast guy in training | This log is to track my attempt to lose 30lbs in 14 days. I'll keep updates on here of workouts, cardio, diet and supps used along with stats daily. Supps being used ATM: AX Stimulant X Niacin - 100mg Acetyl L Carnitine - 2000mg Multi Vitamin B2 - 100mg I also plan on doing supp shopping tomorrow as well, please feel free to throw out a few suggestions. Starting weight - 187lbs Goal - 157lbs |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 11 | WOW this seems unhealthy...i dont think you have 30lbs of water weight.. i mean ya obviously the body is composed 90% of water..but you cant loose it all bro Safely id guess 3-4lbs of water weight + 2lbs fat each week = 8-9lbs... EC works well in my experience for dropping water weight but maybe you should look at pre contest techniques for dropping water, theres a thread knocking around. |

And if you try lose that much weight in that short of a time you'd probably have to lose waymore muscle than you could gain during an X-Factor cycle. So that would be a waste of money and time. If you had hard work ethic you could lose only fat while keeping all your muscle. Perhaps the fact that you're willing to lose it all on a whim is why you'll never be able to get big.

| Fast guy in training | Diet - Morning: 3 eggs w/o yokes Snack: Banana Lunch: Bowl of chicken noodle soup Snack: Munched on some crackers while at work Dinner: About 1/2 of honey ham Also had about 2 gallons of water throughout the day and a few cups of hot green tea Cardio for about 20 mins and finished it off with about 20 mins in the sauna |
