Exclamation Fat Loss Help!

Well, im in search of a diet that is CHEAP, and EFFECTIVE for diet lose as i cannot afford to. I want to become lean and lose all the fat.

I do my cardio, but not lifting yet, but i will. Is their some diet someone can recommend to me with the above in mind? and an effective weightlifting regimine? THanks.

Oat's, chicken, and rice are all very cheap in large quantities along with Whey Powder which is the cheapest source of protien you can get. It might cost you a bunch in one shot but after the initial cost it will last you a long time and provide cheap lean muscle building blocks.

How much fat are we talking about here? 20lbs or 60lbs?

A CKD is IMO the very best diet for just losing and losing and losing fat. Ask skelooth, this method is a real lifesaver that way.

It involves eating high fat, low carbs all week then carb-loading. It isn't expensive.

yeah... simply add veggies with 1 tbls olive oil in place of each the last two or three carb meals (keep the protein, and take out the oats).

isnt 1.5 scoops to mcuh ? im only 160+.
