Default fasting for a month; need advice to cut up

Ok so for religious puposes, i have to fast for a month. Everyday, from sunrise to sunset, I CANNOT eat anything.

This is NOT a diet, it is NOT a way to loose fat....it is strictly done as a religious practice !

What am i trying to do?? Along with pleasing my lord, I am TRYING to gain some knowledge/advice from you guys who know how the body functions better than I do on HOW TO KEEP MY MUSCLE and POSSIBLY loose some fat. Again, this is not a FAD diet......im just trying to see if i can achieve something with a better uderstanding how the body works from someone on here.

sunrise -> sunset = cant eat from 5:30am to 6:30pm approx everyday here in this timezone(Chicagoland). SO basically i eat 5:00am breakfast...6:30pm , post workout 9pm.....dinner at 10:30pm everyday.

I LIFT 3 days a week. I do 20 mnts cardio after i lift on these days and on a separate day i do 45-60mnts.

Questions on DIET:

1. what should i eat in terms of carbs and protein at:
5:00am - remember this meal will have to last me till 6:30pm
6:30pm
8:30 - post workout(i know i will have my 45g protein shake)- anything else?
this 2 hr workout includes my sweet time to shower, shave sometimes and maybe relax in the suana.
10:00pm dinner - i will sleep after this meal at approx 10:30pm.

Questions on Lifting:
im switching from 5x5 to a 3 day full body mostly compound split.
please critique:

day1-2-3 doing 3 SETS OF EACH EXERCISE(or indicated) in the ff order.(6-8 reps)

day 1
squat
pull up
bb bench press
shrugs(2 sets)
bicep - 1 set of 21's
tricep - 1 drop set
3 sets of leg raises

day 2
deadlift
leg press
inclne bb bench
2 sets military press
1 drop set for bicep
1 drop set for tricep
3 sets of abs

day 3
squat
dumbell row
dips
1 drop set on machines for bicep and tricep
3 sets of abs

ALL ADVICE IS GREATLY APPRECIATED

Okay first of all drop all liquid protein. Eat solid and slow digesting foods. Potatos, rice, tuna, chicken, beef, oatmeal, grits, eggs. bread.

Eat things that will have a low total glycemic load so your blood sugar isn't spiking. Drink a gatorade or something during your workouts. Don't do too much cardio(intense) and keep your workouts shorter and with plenty of rest between your body parts.

.

hmm.......sounds interesting....dropping all liquid protein. I didnt do that last year, maybe this year will reap some benefits.

I had liquid protein in there to get at least 120-150 grams of protein a day to prevent muscle loss.
lets say i had my pre and post workout shake - thats 80g, with dinner 40g thats 120....and IF I JUST had a shake for the whole day at 5:30am, that would make it 160g protein a day.

if i dropped liquid, that would mean 80-100g a day frmo food...think thats enough to maintain what i have now and maybe cut FAT?

im 6'00....203lb with 21%bf.

IM LEAN ALL OVER, EXCEPT THE GUT. just dieing to get rid of it.

Just prepare your foods to get the protein using whole foods. Nothing wrong with liquid shakes during nomral eating but you're not only fasting but working out still. You want to have that furnace stocked with food around the clock. plus the added consumption of slow digesting foods will help your metabolism

A can of tuna mixed in with corn and mashed potatos is a great meal

Our first Ramadan thread.

The best thing you can do, without inversing your total daily schedule, is do slam the casein and hit the whey at night. That will bridge your gap the best.

It's impossible to keep a proper diet during this time. there is now way around it. Just take the holiday the way it is meant to, spend time with family and friends, and don't worry too much about bodybuilding.
