Default down to 193lbs with a 33 inch waist

as of this morning weighing in. i still do have a pouch of fat or loose skin on my stomach so how do i get rid of it?

also i used to deadlift on mondays and then do squats on fridays but i was thinking of alternating each week on the same day so monday i would deadlift and then a week later i would squat wondering if this is a good idea?

Yeah that's an excellent idea. I started getting strength gains again when I alternated them week by week.

It Depends on how much weight you have lost, your age, your skins natural elasticity. Your skin will over time tighten up though.. Some peoples skin tightens up quick, and others take a while.. as long as a year...

Keep losing fat. I had to get down to 170ish to hit a 28.5" waist and 30" love handles. I'm a little pissed that my love handles still are bigger than my waist measurement at this weight.

the younger you are the quicker it will shrink back. As far as options to lose it...time or surgery is about the only ones you got my friend. consider it a badge of honor as to the hard work you have put in to gettin in shape. (doesnt mean keep it...just be proud of how it got there) (does that makes sense?!)
