Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | :cam: This is my first time cutting. Please look over this plan and tell me what I need to change. I am 175lbs. I would like to lose 5-10lbs of fat by June 1. I want to try and preserve as much muscle as possible. Given that I have about 10 weeks to lose this, I would like to take is slowly. Here is my plan: Diet: My BMR (moderately active) is 2,900 calories. For my bulking program, I ate around 3,400 and aimed for a 40,40,20 carb, protein, fat ratio For this cutting program, I would like to eat 2,400 calories two days in a row followed by one day at 3,300 calories. The calories reduced on the low calorie day will be carbs. I am going to stick with complex carbs except for dextrose PWO. No carbs past 6:00pm. I am going to stay around 100-150 carbs on my low cal days and 200+ on high cal days. Training: I am doing DC style training I will be doing fasted HIIT cardio for 20 minutes in the morning with a PWO shake immediately after. Goals: Drop 5-10lbs of fat by June 1 with minimal muscle loss. Because of the high calorie day, I am hoping I will be able to even increase my muscle mass:crazy1:. Please tell me your thoughts. THANKS!!!!:nosthumbs |
