Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | I just finished my cut. I bulked totally wrong and gained 75% fat and only 25% muscle. So, I decided to cut down and start over. I starting by eating 2500 calories for week 1 and slowly decreased it to 1700 calories on week 12. I did 20 minutes of HIIT cardio right in the morning before eating 3-4 days a week. I had one cheat day every week. My macros were 50/20/30 prot/carb/fat. I supplemented with ephedrine, caffeine, and Red Acid. It worked out very well. Here are the week by week results: Weight BF% Lean Body Mass 3/20: 166.5 10.379 150 3/27 166 10.379 149 4/2 164.5 9.927 149 4/10 162.5 9.776 147 4/17 162.5 9.776 147 4/24 159 8.864 145 4/31 158.5 7.943 146 5/8 159 7.943 146.5 5/15 156.5 6.859 146 5/22 158.5 7.015 148 5/29 156.5 6.703 147 6/5 157.5 6.547 148 Final Results: 7 pounds of fat loss and almost no muscle loss. I believe that the two pounds of LBM loss are credited to water loss due to glycogen depletion. Attached is a picture of me now. |
