Default Cutting Nightmares

Ever since I started cutting (December 27th) strictly I've been having dreams of eating my favorite junk food. In my dream I'm thinking dang I've cheated my diet this badly already, and I can taste the food! Then I wake up and it was all a dream and my diet is still going strong.

Last night it was a tub of vanilla ice cream.

I took an entire tub, you know like in baskin robins where they have those metal containers with ice cream in them, well I grabbed one of those and I was eating this amazing vanilla ice cream. I'm so glad it was only a dream, but damn is this diet messing with my head!!

I mean you might say I'm just dreaming of food and that's pretty normal, but in my dream after I eat I think to myself 'damn I'm failing my diet'

Anyone else get these?

I think it's pretty frickin awesome that you're getting to eat junk food in your dreams. I'd much prefer that to real live junk food.

thats wierd as hell man. Sex is what i dream about (or gobblins)

I enjoy dieting. I don't understand why everyone has such a tough time. Sorry if i'm being insensitive.

Dieting is a time to get ripped, quality foods, practice dicipline, and see results. Results come about 5X faster dieting than bulking.

hmmm but in the dream I lose my results and quit my diet...but I guess it's not so bad if I satisfy my cravings in my dream.

See there are parts of it I find fun, like I'm glad I'm able to discipline myself and see results, but man would I love to eat some better tasting foods! And for me lack of energy and all the cooking, when if I was bulking I could always throw in a some chipotle. Days in the gym are always better during bulking as well...I dunno it's just the fact that I really hate these foods and I'm eating them everyday.
