Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Hello I'm 16, 6'0", 183 - 185ish (Not the best scale :p). Last year before the summer I was 240 pounds and, after cutting out junk food and soft drinks, I dropped down to what I'm at now. Recently I ahve not been very active at all, which I am trying to curb by starting to lift weights and, hopefully, take up some martial arts/boxing. Here's the diet:Meal 1: 5 Egg whites 1 Egg yolk Apple 3/4 cups Oatmeal Meal 2: 1 can water packed Tuna 1 cup celery 1 cup carrot Orange 3/4 cup Oatmeal Meal 3: 6 oz. boneless Chicken Breast (broiled) 1 cup Brown Rice Broccoli Cucumber Meal 4 (Pre-workout): Water w/ Whey 3/4 cup Oatmeal Meal 5 (Post-Workout): Whey w/ Skim Milk 3/4 cups Oatmeal Banana Meal 6: 4 oz. Flank steak Salad (w/ red pepper, cucumber, carrot... any recommendations for a good dressing to use? :p) Watermelon Meal 7: 1 cup Cottage Cheese (w/ Raspberries, Blackberries, Strawberries) For my supplements all I'm planning on using right now is ON 100% Whey, a multivitamin and I'll probably start taking flax or fish oil. Any help with the diet will be greatly appreciated, thanks. |

| Pro Stature | You want to cut even more? If you are going to start lifting, people will recommend to keep the calories higher. (Since you are 6 ft and 183) |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | This is where I think my scale being wrong comes in. It says I'm in the 180's but I still have quite a bit of fat, and I think I'm higher. I'm trying to borrow/get a cam for pictures, and I guess when those are up you can judge for yourself. Should be tomorrow. |
