Default Christmas ... gains and losses!

2 weeks later I'm back to my normal weight, sweets were way too good ...

Back to business, how did everyone fare through the Holidays?

Heh. I lost 5 pounds being sick over those 2 weeks. I'd much rather have had your problem. Fortunately, I really hate sweets. Wish I could say the same for salty fat.... Mmmmmmmmmmm.

I have gained 10 lbs since the IMPC, well... I gained 14 total, but I lost 4 of those original pounds. I have been cutting now for about a week and my body fat is 8-9%. So, the holidays were good to me, even with all the sweets and alcohol. I did extra cardio to counteract the increased calories, allowing me to have my fun and achieve nice lean gains through the holiday season. I'm going to cut for another week to get down to 7-8% and then start bulking again.

Stayed about the same, gained a few but I always swing back and forth a few pounds. Now all of a sudden though I've dropped about 8!

Been purposely overtraining like a mofo though, sure that's the cause. Doing it to bring my body up to being able to take longer and more grueling workouts.

I took two weeks off during Christmas and cut the two weeks after which pretty well brought me back to square one. A month of wasted time though.

Yeah, Gained some... lost some, gained some more. I added some girth to my biceps but also to my waist. "Winter bulk" lol... but will tighten things up over the next couple of months.

Watch for a flurry of questions (many in the shoutbox!) and then a log.

before the holidays i was averaging around 274. i just weighed in at 287. so up 13.
but my weight used to be able to flux that in a single day so i'm not worried.

i'm up 13 but i look bigger, mostly along the shoulders and arms.
