| Pro Stature | I have done the cardio DC calls for and I like it. Basically just 45 minutes of morning fasted walking on an incline treadmill. I have to admit though, I haven't done it in a while. I am bigger than ever, but feel as if I have put on some fat in places I don't want it. I figure the summer will be my cardio session (mountain golf 7 days a week).

| Pro Stature | I do my cardio after a meal, whether I'm bulking or cutting. Because what time you do it, you're still having less calories than maintenance. So IMO it doesn't matter whether it's fasted or not, but to be safe, I don't do it. And my meal I have it after is a high protein/high carb. |
