Default carb binge

dunno if its just me but when i get the urge to binge its a lot of carb food,bread,crisps,chps,crackers savory stuff,i seem to be addicted to them.anyone in the same boat?

i use to be like that but i have found a happy medium, i have found my own lil cheat food which is sugar free pudding...yum yum, it satisfies my cravings, i suggest you find something along that lines that is sugar free and will sooth your cravings, or baked lays chips or something.

yeah its pretty normal. I would carb deplete for 5-6 days then carb up. I would really look fwd to the carb up days.
